At Orange Sherbet, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
